Dad

Some of the ways I'll always remember Dad.

Dear Friends and Family,
At this time I would like to thank every one for there prays, support and cards.
Our family could not have gone through this sad time with out such a special group
of friends, The tremendous support has been such a great help to Mom.
Thanks again for all the support.

Well I don't know what to say, but there hasn't been a couple hours that have gone by were I haven't wanted to pick up the phone and ask dad a question.

It's almost been a week and I can't walk by the garage yet without crying like a baby.

I'm sure every one knows that for the first 30 plus years of my life I did every thing I could not be in the garage doing any thing that involved getting dirty with a car or truck.

It's unbelievable that I sit here not knowing if I can change the oil, brakes, tires or any other thing dad has taught me the last couple years on my van or truck in the yard.

I've have had dad walk me though more mechanic work in the last 3-5 years then in my
1st 35 years.

Well it's been 3 weeks to the day, We had supper at moms and Ali and I had some
serious tears coming down our checks after we had beans and rolls.
Wish I could say it was from the gas the beans give me.
Each day is a little better then the one before.

I need to stop writing now.
